The new electronic visa portal launched by the Azerbaijani government went live on March 30, 2022. It is expected to improve the tourism industry in Azerbaijan.
The portal was developed under a cooperation agreement signed between VFS Global, the world’s leading specialist in outsourcing and technology services for governments and diplomatic missions around the world, and the E-Development Center GOV of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the leadership of the President. of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan has been a chosen destination for a diverse segment of travelers around the world. Currently, travelers of 70 nationalities are eligible to travel to Azerbaijan with travel restrictions that may open up to other markets.
