Bush cancels tour with Stone Temple pilots due to COVID-19 – Billboard


Bush and Stone temple pilots“The next headlining tour has been canceled, the groups said on social media.

“Due to unfortunate and inevitable circumstances related to COVID, we will not be able to move forward with our planned fall tour dates – including our festival appearances and our tour with Stone Temple Pilots,” Bush, whose Tour was due to start later this month, posted Friday evening (September 10).

“We can’t stress enough how heartbreaking not to be able to go out and play after all this time, and after all of our attempts to start and stop that have followed over the last 18 months. We want to offer our sincere apologies as this is the last thing we would want for all of our big fans as well as our good friends at Stone Temple Pilots, ”the post read.

On the Stone Temple Pilots Twitter account, the group shared the same update and said: “We are of course saddened by this news, but it is a sign of the times right now.”

Meanwhile, dates for STP’s headlining tour, which begins Oct. 17, “are still ongoing,” they confirmed in their post.
