“I didn’t plan on becoming a tour guide when I started working for Paddywagon Tours. I applied for a job as a receptionist at the Gardiner Street hostel’s tour desk, and really hit it off with all the staff.

I did two tours as part of my training, just so I could sell the packages and find out what was going on. Then, three months later, my manager turned around and said, ‘Bailey, you’re on tour tomorrow.
